Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 4-10 business days after receiving payment.

All items will be shipped First Class USPS unless other arrangements have been made prior to the shipment of your order.

If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day.

If an item is needed immediately, please contact us prior to purchase to determine if we can overnight or two-day ship to meet your deadline.

All orders include free tracking information. When your order ships you will receive a shipment notification email. To track your package, simply log in to your account and click the "track shipment" link associated with your order. .

United States & U.S.Territories: 
$3.95 & $1.00 With Another Item

Canada: $7.00 & $5.00 with Another Item

SHIPMENT TIME:
Once an item has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for the Post Office to deliver your package. We ship out of Atlanta, so East Coast and Central US shipments arrive the quickest followed by Mountain, West Coast and then Northwest regions. 





INTERNATIONAL: For our international customers, we also ship with USPS First Class mail when parcels weigh less than 4 lbs. We will fill out the required custom form. Unfortunately, we CANNOT TRACK your package with First Class shipping. We will do everything in our part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but we are not responsible for lost packages when they are shipped internationally. If your parcel weighs more than 4 lbs., we are required to ship it Priority and it will come with a tracking number. If your order is under 4 lbs. and you would like tracking, please contact us for Priority shipping rates.

We declare the exact value of the item purchased (not shipping charges) on the custom's label. We will not mark it as a gift and we will not mark it as a lesser value. Each customer is responsible for their country's duty/shipping/customs/handling fees.

You can request USPS Priority International shipping with tracking and we will send you a revised invoice for the difference or give you a quote. 

If you would liike to purchase insurance, please let us know and we will send you a revised PayPal invoice.

Returns

Due to the made to order nature of our business, we do not accept refunds. If we made an error, we'll gladly fix it. Please contact us with the specifics and we'll take care of it for you. In such a case we need to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your package for return authorization, and the item(s) must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive the package, an exchange will be made and shipped immediately. In some cases a refund may be given (less shipping). 
Items from a smoking home will not be accepted for exchange.
